ALL SESSIONS ARE DONE IN CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH.
The first session will be approximately 60 to 70 minutes in length. The session will include discussing what you would like to work on, gathering health information, discovering the best method to communicate with your subconscious mind and the actual hypnotherapy session itself. Subsequent sessions will be approximately 60 minutes in length. The length of the session really depends on your subconscious mind and what we are working on.
Please note that we respect and understand that you are coming to see us for a session. We are here to serve you. We understand that sometimes unpredictable factors come into play which will make you late for your session. We only ask that you please notify us if this is the case. We can readjust your time slot so that you will still get the maximum benefit for your time.
Most issues can be resolved in 6 to 8 sessions. Depending on the issues, some may take more or less time.
How does Hypnotherapy work?
Hypnosis is a relaxed state of the mind. You may even wonder how hypnosis works. The history of hypnotherapy is very interesting, and it dates back to thousands of years. The early Egyptians even considered hypnosis to have healing powers. This relaxed state of mind is normal for the body. Have you ever driven to work and not realized how you got there so fast? Have you ever day dreamed, or were wrapped up in a really good book and you weren't sure where the time went? That state feels like deep relaxation and it's quite calming.
The subconscious retains all of your personal experiences, emotions and memories. Hypnotherapy allows us to have better access to that state of mind. By accessing the subconscious mind, you can achieve faster results as opposed to just dealing with the conscious mind.
The subconscious will accept changes with ease and won't judge. During hypnotherapy the client is fully aware of what is going on.
Your hypnotherapist is a guide that will lead you through your session, and facilitate the change that you would like to achieve. The history of hypnotherapy is very interesting indeed.
Note that you cannot be hypnotized against your will nor made to do anything that you do not want to do. Again, you will always be fully aware of your surroundings to include sights, sounds and smells. Hypnosis is a very effective tool. Hypnosis on women is very popular because women feel relaxed afterwards.
